Many thanks to our Ethiopian friends for introducing us to this blend. We'd never tasted or smelled anything like this blend of sun-dried chili peppers before. Urfa has a unique smoky and fruity profile. It isn't spicy hot. With this blend, you'll detect notes of raisins or cherries, chocolate and tobacco. A little Urfa goes a very long way!
 
Sprinkle it on meats, eggs or vegetables.
