We start picking pecks of peppers as soon as they come in season to make this fiery sauce. Hots start off a little sweet, but then the flame quickly turns up. We wanted it hot, but not so hot that it would drown out the flavors in your culinary masterpiece.

Use this to add pep to your hot or cold sandwiches, burgers, hot dogs or eggs. Add it to your cooked rice to add extra flavor or to whatever you would like.

Don't let the juice go to waste! It makes a great dressing for salads or for drizzling over cooked greens (e.g., collards, mustards, turnips, kale, etc.).

Personally, this is my go-to topping for cheesesteak subs. I can't eat one without some Hots on it. Yum.

Be creative, but remember that a little goes a long way.
