This blend is great for blackening meat and seafood. Use as much or as little as you’d like, then grill, sear, or bake to your heart's content.
 
This delicious blend can be used as a dry rub or you can add oil to make a marinade. We use a little on fish and shrimp, and a lot on chicken.
 
Ingredients: Sweet paprika, garlic, sea salt, black pepper, brown mustard, onion, green and red bell peppers, celery seed, thyme, cayenne pepper, fennel, oregano
